Meet Your Guide: Lauren Hanna

Lauren Hanna, MSW, is a master’s-level clinician, psychoanalytic psychotherapist, Certified Yoga Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Akashic Records reader.

A lifelong student of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantric philosophy, she has studied with some of the greatest living masters and under the guidance of Shaman Rene Dustwalker. She is a graduate of the Initiationis School of Mysteries and High Priestess programs.

Founder of Sacred Fertility Yoga and Sonic Yoga in New York City, Lauren integrates academic rigor with spiritual depth.

After conceiving naturally at age 46, she considers Sacred Fertility Yoga the culmination of her life’s work — a union of clinical wisdom, spiritual study, and lived experience.

She now serves women through private readings, teaching, and clinical support from her seaside home in Montauk, New York.
