What to Expect in Your First Spirit Baby Reading with Nancy

I’d love to share what it’s like to receive a spirit baby reading from me — what unfolds during our time together, how you can prepare yourself and your space, and who this work tends to support most deeply.

We are all energy, and each person’s energy carries its own texture, history, and timing. Because of this, no two readings are ever the same. There are themes that may repeat across sessions, yet every reading is shaped by the soul connection present in that moment. That uniqueness is one of the things I love most about this work.

This field continues to evolve. New layers of understanding, new tools, and new perspectives reveal themselves through the spirit babies — and through the loving guidance that surrounds them. Information comes forward in ways that are practical, creative, and supportive, helping you gently shift your energy and prepare to welcome the family that is already seeking you.

What Happens During a Spirit Baby Reading?

In a first spirit baby reading, we begin with a brief conversation about what you feel called to explore. This helps me understand where you are on your fertility journey and what feels most supportive in the moment.

From there, I enter a meditative state to receive information on an energetic level. I’ll close my eyes, take a few deep breaths, and settle into connection. This usually takes about a minute. What unfolds next is unique to you. Throughout the session, I share what I’m sensing in real time and respond to your questions as we go.

Information arrives in different ways. I may see images or symbols (clairvoyance), hear words or phrases internally (clairaudience), feel sensations in my body (clairsentience), receive clear inner knowing (claircognizance), or sense information through my hands (psychometry). Each reading weaves together what is most aligned for you.

I connect with a collective of supportive energies in the Spirit realm — a loving guidance team I often refer to as the “Higher Ups.” Depending on the session, this may include your spirit baby, loved ones in spirit, and more. The guidance that comes forward always reflects the client and the connection at hand.

During our time together, I hold the role of translator and bridge. The Higher Ups bring forward pieces of information — images, impressions, themes — and as the session unfolds, those pieces form a more coherent picture. By the end, there is greater clarity around your next aligned steps.

My role is to help you strengthen your own connection — to feel closer to the soul who is seeking you, and to move toward welcoming the family that already exists in energetic form.

Each reading is collaborative. Each reading is relational. Each reading meets you exactly where you are.

What Topics Are Explored During a Spirit Baby Reading?

Some of the areas we may explore in a spirit baby reading include:

Are there spirit babies already connected to me?

After a miscarriage, is this the same soul returning, or a different one?

What does the spirit baby want or need from me to incarnate?

How can I best support this soul’s arrival?

If you share your life with animal companions, we can also tune into the energy of your beloved companions. Animals are deeply intuitive and often hold awareness about shifts within the family field.

If you have children already — biological, step, or otherwise — especially those living in the same home with you, it can be useful to check in with them to see what they have to say about adding to the family.

Your physical environment may also come into focus. Sometimes questions arise about timing and location — whether a move, a change of home, or a shift in environment supports the soul’s pathway into form.

We can explore the different conception pathways you’re considering — natural conception, IUI, IVF, donor egg or sperm, surrogacy, and other options — and sense whether the spirit baby holds resonance with a particular route.

If you have a partner, we may look at whether the spirit baby is inviting anything from them energetically or emotionally.

If you do not have a partner and feel called towards one, we can gently inquire if the spirit baby can assist you to find a partner.

Are there any spirit babies who plan to incarnate this lifetime? You may have spirit babies around you, yet they may not have plans to incarnate this lifetime – or may not have plans to incarnate now – perhaps they may come in as a grandchild or in another way to somehow be connected with you.

If it appears that the current spirit babies are not preparing to incarnate at this time, there’s space to explore calling in additional souls who are aligned with your path. This is always your choice. My role is to support your empowerment and clarity. Decisions arise from your readiness and your inner knowing.

Every session centers your sovereignty. You remain the one guiding your life. I simply help illuminate what is already moving within your field.
